iPhone / iPad

Add with Safari

  1. Tap Open the app above. If this page opened inside another app, open the app address in Safari.
  2. In Safari, tap Share (the square with an upward arrow). On some versions, open More first.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen. If it is missing, look under Edit Actions.
  4. Leave Open as Web App on if shown, then tap Add.
  5. Tap the new Write-IT-Up + icon and sign in with your approved Google account.

Android

Add with Chrome

  1. Tap Open the app above and open the app address in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu.
  3. Choose Add to Home screen. Depending on your device, Chrome may show Install or Create shortcut.
  4. Follow the prompts to add the icon, then open it and sign in.

The wording varies by device and Chrome version.

A note for beta testers

Your Google account must be approved before sign-in. Allow “Send email on your behalf” when Google asks. Recipients can use any valid email address; they do not need an account or approval.
